Our Dentists
Shelby Green, DDS
Dr. Shelby Green was born in Puyallup, Washington, but moved to Lubbock, Texas at a young age. She attended Coronado High School and Texas Tech University, graduating from Texas Tech with a degree in Biology in 1990. She then attended dental school in San Antonio at the University of Texas Health Science Center, graduating Cum Laude with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May of 1994. For the next 3 years, Dr. Green was an associate dentist with the office of Dr. Gwen Jorden. She and her husband, Dr. Brian Green, have been practicing together since 1997. Dr. Green is active in the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and served as the local Dental Health Committee Chairman from 1998-2000. Dr. Green stays busy with sons Conley and Carson, and the Green family enjoys skiing, riding bikes, swimming and baseball.
Brian Green, DDS
Dr. Brian Green was born in Lemoore, California and grew up in Shallowater, Texas. He attended Shallowater High School and Texas Tech University, graduating from Texas Tech in 1991 with a degree in Zoology. He then attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, graduating Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1996. He and his wife, Dr. Shelby Green, have been practicing together since 1997. Dr. Green is very active in the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and he is currently a Delegate in the TDA House of Representatives. Dr. Green has held many positions in the local dental society, including serving as President from 2002-2003. Dr. Green has two sons, Conley and Carson, and enjoys coaching their baseball teams. He and his family also enjoy skiing and hiking.

Renee Faircloth
Registered Dental Hygienist
Renee is a dedicated professional with 35 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist. She has been a valuable part of the Green's Family Dentistry team for 11 years. Renee graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1976, and later completed her Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene at the Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. According to Renee, her calling is to serve patients and develop lasting, lifelong relationships by promoting health and wellness through dental hygiene care. "My goal as a dental hygienist is to treat and educate before any dental problems arise," she says, "hopefully leading to a lifetime without any dental problems." Renee has one son who is completing his master degree at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Crystal McMillan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Crystal has been taking care of patients at Green's Family Dentistry for six years. As a dental hygienist, she loves interacting with people and helping them achieve a beautiful smile. Patients value her knowledgeable care, gentle touch and friendly attitude. Crystal enjoys the cutting edge equipment and positive environment at Green's Family Dentistry, but it's the family atmosphere that matters most to her. "The doctors here treat everyone with the utmost respect," she says, "and always look for a personal connection." Crystal and her husband have two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, catching up on reality TV and playing with her children.
Maggie Rodriguez
Registered Dental Assistant
For a "people person" like Maggie, Green's Family Dentistry is the perfect place to interact with patients and staff on a regular basis. And, after ten years at the office, she knows practically everyone! "I love the atmosphere, talking with patients about everyday happenings," she says. "I help my patients feel relaxed, answer any questions they have and take care of them to the best of my ability." Maggie also enjoys working with "Dr. B," who often sits side-by-side with a patient, discussing issues and treatment options. "Both doctors love what they do," she says. At the end of the day, Maggie likes to kick back and relax at home.
Christine Sargent
Registered Dental Assistant
Of Christine's ten years in the dental industry, seven have been with the team at Green's Family Dentistry. But Christine will tell you that the staff is more than a team. "The doctors are both caring and understanding, and involve themselves in our family," she says. "We are all family here." According to Christine, the treat-you-like-family attitude extends to all of the patients. "Dr. Shelby works very well with children, and understands and cares for patients with special needs," she says. "We provide the best level of care for all of our patients." When Christine is not taking care of people in the office, she loves spending time with Danny, her husband of seven years.
Devron Crispin
Appointment Coordinator
Devron joined the Green's Family Dentistry team two years ago, and is often the face and voice of the office. She enjoys the satisfaction of seeing people smile and have a positive experience. Devron also appreciates the friendly atmosphere at Green's Family Dentistry, and it's something that she helps create. "Patients always receive a big smile and a greeting from me," she says. "We schedule accordingly here, so our patients don't have a long wait in the waiting room. They never feel rushed in the chair!" Devron is a proud mother of three beautiful daughters - a 13-year-old and 3-year-old twins.
